Ragland is the Partner for the Institute of Organization Development in Asia Pacific (Excluding Middle East) and is the Founder & CEO of the Institute for Growth and Organizational Dynamics. Ragland is also the Vice President for Global Organization Development & Strategy for the Institute of Organization Dynamics, Florida, USA.and is responsible for Global corporate accounts, memberships and partners.
Ragland is a HR & OD Professional with experience in Consulting, Manufacturing, Information Technology, BPO & KPO & Shared Services Industry verticals. He has 21+ years of experience in delivering OD, HR Generalist & Specialist roles and has worked for organizations like Visteon, Rane, iGate, GE Capital, HSBC, Zenta, Amazon & Shell.
He is a post graduate in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from Madras School of Social Work and is a graduate in English Literature from St. Josephs College. He has completed the Advanced Certificate in Strategic Human Resource Management from Cornell University, USA. He is a Certified OD Consultant and has completed the OD Certified Professional and the Certified OD Consultant certifications from the Institute of Organization Development, USA.
He is a certified Executive Coach and is certified in the Marshal Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching, Global Leader of Future Assessment and Grow More Coaching Model offering an Outside In and Inside Out approach to Executive Coaching.
He is certified in Individual and Team Emotional Intelligence Models including the EQ-I, EQ-360 & Six Seconds Emotional Intelligence Certifications.
